At A&F Sprinklers, we are committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with integrity.

We encourage employees, workers, contractors,suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to raise concerns where they genuinely believe that wrongdoing, unethical behaviour, non-compliance or unsafe practices may have occurred or may be likely to occur.

Concerns may relate to matters including:

·       Health and safety risks.

·       Fraud, theft or financial misconduct.

·       Bribery or corruption.

·       Environmental breaches.

·       Modern slavery or human rights concerns.

·       Sexual harassment, bullying or discrimination.

·       Breaches of legal or regulatory obligations.

·       Any conduct that may adversely affect the reputation or integrity of our business.

A&F Sprinklers operates a whistleblowing framework which allows concerns to be raised confidentially and, where appropriate, anonymously. All concerns raised in good faith are taken seriously and investigated fairly and proportionately.

We are committed to ensuring that no individual suffers victimisation, retaliation or detrimental treatment for raising a genuine concern. Any form of retaliation against a whistleblower will not be tolerated.

We believe that encouraging people to speak up is an important part of maintaining a safe, ethical and transparent organisation and supports our commitment to strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles.

This statement is reviewed periodically to ensureit remains aligned with current legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice.
