We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee daily site operations, manage contractors and subcontractors, and act as the vital link between clients and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising labour, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring quality control.
  • Oversee site safety and enforce company health and safety policies.
  • Plan work schedules, procure materials and equipment, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and clients to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate site reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee schedules, training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • Mediate on-site conflicts and address unexpected challenges.
  • Support wider business operations and collaborate with other departments as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • A valid UK driver’s license (1+ years experience).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing construction sites and teams.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Hours – Full-time position of 45 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
