BIM/Revit Manager

Main Role (not limited to):

• Attend BIM meetings (Microsoft Teams) on all projects in the contracts office.
• First port of call for all BIM related matters.
• Improve the Revit usage in the department.
• Develop and support team engineers with BIM/REVIT.
• Lead the team in when it’s best to design straight into Revit.
• Improve and take charge of the administration.

The Ideal Skills:

• Have a working knowledge of ‘Cobie’.
• Commercial sprinkler design knowledge (BSEN 12845, FM Global, NFPA)  is ideal but not essential with training provided.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team, as well as independently.
• Outgoing and positive personality.
• Detail, organised, and time management.

• Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependant upon experience).
