A&F win their first large multi-package Residential contract.

Set in between the greenery of City River Park and the hustle and bustle of the city center, this landmark development is home to 634 new apartments and townhouses in Manchester’s emerging Red Bank neighborhood.
The newly formed residential department at A&F has undertaken the tender enquiry and has formed a very competitive proposal for this scheme. Thankfully, the hard work has paid off and the design, supply and installation of 4 main installations will commence immediately, with contract documents currently in the signature process. The multi package contract which has been awarded as a sub-subcontract with the M&E package supplier Briggs & Forrester Living.
With a start on site due in November A&F have scooped this scheme right at the final moment of the tender phase but now the challenge is on!!! A level of commitment and fast thinking from the Residential PMs and a new level of business direction will be required to fulfill the commitment on this contract, with new design standards, suppliers and procurement avenues and installation methods to consider a board challenge is ahead.
