Residential Team secures 3rd large mixed-use development.

Hot on the heels of the Victoria Riverside scheme in Manchester, the residential team has been awarded the Redcliff Quarter scheme in Bristol.
The scheme is a combined package consisting 3 individual end users providing protection to the Build to Rent, Affordable Living and the Purpose Built Student accommodation.
The site comprises of Residential Blocks A, B1, B2, C, D & the student accommodation, with a number of large commercial areas on the ground floor.
We will be providing as part of this scheme:
3 x Residential sprinkler systems to BS9251:2021 (1 system to block A to C, 1 system to block D and 1 system to the student accommodation)
1 x Commercial sprinkler system to BS EN 12845 (to the whole ground floor)
1 x Wet Riser System to BS9990 (Block A)
4 x Dry risers (B1, B2, C & D)
