RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a highly organised receptionist with administration experience with a keen eye for detail to join our admin team!

Main Duties (not limited to):

  • Answering incoming calls, distributing calls and messages
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery
  • Data input and management
  • Coordinating meetings and meeting rooms
  • General administrative duties
  • Further duties as required

Necessary Skills:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Good administration skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A willingness to undertake other duties as required in support of the company
  • Able to and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

 Package:

  • Salary: £9.50 per hour
  • Location: A&F Sprinklers, Rochdale, OL112PX
  • Hours: 41 ½ hours per week (Monday – Thursday 08:00-17:30 & Friday 08:00-15:45)
