We are looking for a highly organised receptionist with administration experience with a keen eye for detail to join our admin team!
Main Duties (not limited to):
- Answering incoming calls, distributing calls and messages
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Monitoring and ordering stationery
- Data input and management
- Coordinating meetings and meeting rooms
- General administrative duties
- Further duties as required
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good administration skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A willingness to undertake other duties as required in support of the company
- Able to and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Salary: £9.50 per hour
- Location: A&F Sprinklers, Rochdale, OL112PX
- Hours: 41 ½ hours per week (Monday – Thursday 08:00-17:30 & Friday 08:00-15:45)
